Winner Innovation Leadership Award
The strongest form of innovation leadership is building something new that creates measurable value with almost no capital — and making it repeatable. That is what I have done.
I founded VirtuDux Technologies to close a gap most people accept as permanent: African businesses need skilled operators they cannot afford, while thousands of capable people cannot find work. My answer was not a job board. I created a category — the AI-native executive assistant. My trainees master the real craft of executive support, customer operations, and account management, then learn to run it through modern AI tools, so one assistant now delivers the output of a small team.
It works. Twelve assistants placed into live roles, nine retained and performing — every one trained by me, in person, from cohorts I built without funding, a team of hundreds, or reliable infrastructure. Each placement makes a business leaner and creates a career from near zero. That ratio of impact to resources is the point.
I also lead beyond my company: managing the speaker programme at TEDxUNILAG, and running operations for an academy developing new talent.
I have proven the model. What I need now is reach. This recognition would put a working, capital-efficient engine for AI-powered employment in front of the people who can help scale it — from cohorts of twelve to thousands of African operators earning through AI rather than being displaced by it.
