Runner Up Thought Leader of the Year

Over the past 25 years, I’ve led transformative change across media, technology, and enterprise sectors, driven by a belief that leadership must be both visionary and deeply human. As a technology executive, I’ve scaled global OTT platforms, modernized legacy systems, and built high-performing multicultural teams. But beyond operational success, my true passion lies in shaping the conversations that define the future of leadership and innovation.

In 2023, I published “Be Kind Not Nice”, a leadership manifesto that challenges traditional power dynamics and advocates for empathy, authenticity, and courageous decision-making. The book has sparked dialogue across industries, resonating with leaders navigating complexity in the AI era. I’ve since been invited to speak on ethical AI, digital trust, and inclusive innovation - topics that are not only timely but essential.

My work sits at the intersection of technology and humanity. I’ve championed ethical AI adoption, advised on governance frameworks, and mentored emerging leaders to think beyond profit - to purpose, impact, and legacy. I believe thought leadership is not about having the loudest voice, but the clearest intention.

Winning this award would amplify a message I care deeply about: that the future belongs to leaders who combine strategic clarity with emotional intelligence. I’m honored to be nominated and ready to keep shaping the future with bold ideas and meaningful action.
