Dr Reji Kurien Thomas brings over 33 years of multidisciplinary leadership as an aviator, defence technologist, cybersecurity expert, and sustainability innovator. He led teams of 220 data professionals, built cybersecurity frameworks for national tri-services, and saved $12 million through data-driven efficiencies.

A pioneer of quasi-quantum photosynthesis, he developed near-zero-cost atmospheric water generation (≈$0.01/L) and led land remediation and biostimulant programmes that halved fertiliser use and boosted yields by 30%. He also created AI-ML engines for drone development and weather forecasting for UNICEF.

His scholarly excellence includes eight doctorates spanning quantum physics to climate-smart agriculture, top certifications (CCISO, CISM, AWS, PMP, LEED), and Fellowship of the Royal Society of Arts. He received the Stephen Hawking Award for Scientific Innovation, World’s Best Emerging Leader at the British Parliament, and commendations from India’s Chief of Naval Staff and Strategic Forces Commander.

Committed to planetary well-being, Dr Thomas created solutions like liquid organic fertilisers, soil rejuvenators, bioponics, and a waste-to-energy and CO₂-to-green hydrogen roadmap. He champions transparent carbon metrics and speaks at forums including COP28.
