Ewa Noji
Winner ESG Leader of the Year
Ewa Noji's journey to ESG leadership didn't start with regulations or checklists—it started with people. A colleague brave enough to speak openly about neurodiversity. A family of refugees seeking shelter. The forest from her childhood, threatened by development. These moments shaped her leadership approach—not through trendy slogans, but through care, mindfulness, and consistency.
As an ESG Expert at C&F, Noji helps embed sustainability into the company's DNA. She leads initiatives related to CSRD, ESRS, carbon footprint calculation, and materiality analysis. But what truly gives her purpose is the human side: creating space for inclusivity, trust, and belonging. She initiates and supports efforts for gender equality, neurodiversity, and DEI—both within her organization and beyond, through projects like Divercity+ and C&F InspireHer Network.
Noji completed postgraduate studies in "ESG in Practice" and "Neurodiversity in the Workplace," but her greatest lessons come from life itself: volunteering with refugees, caring for animals in need, and empowering women in tech. For her, ESG is not a department—it's a mindset and a call to actively shape the world.
She believes responsible leadership means showing up—with data, empathy, and courage. Her work demonstrates a deeply held conviction: sustainability and humanity aren't two paths—they are one and the same. This recognition honors not only her achievements but also acknowledges all those walking this path alongside her.
