Runner Up Female Leader of the Year

Where most see dysfunction, I see strategic opportunities, and that’s what defines my leadership.

As a finance transformation executive and strategic adviser, I’ve spent the last decade working in the space between dysfunction and direction, where numbers don’t align, trust is fractured, and the stakes are high. That’s where I do my best work.

I don’t lead for recognition (though I’m flattered by the nomination). I lead because someone has to make sense of the mess.

What sets me apart isn’t just experience, it’s how I lead when the blueprint breaks. I bring systems thinking to broken operations, psychological fluency to misaligned teams, and financial precision to strategic fog.

My leadership is rooted in clarity, not control.

This award isn’t about a title, it’s about visibility for a kind of leadership that often operates behind the scenes: the calm in the storm, the clarity in the chaos, the operator who rebuilds without fanfare.

I mentor rising leaders, advise organisations through high-complexity transitions, and shape my boardroom trajectory through action, not aspiration.

Winning this award would elevate that philosophy, and send a signal, especially to women, that it’s not how loud you are, but how deep your impact runs.
