Inclusive leadership is not just a value I promote,it is the foundation of my work. As the Founder of OlokpoApp, I created a platform that connects people to opportunities, ensuring that innovation is accessible and beneficial to diverse communities. Through NELB Palm Oil, I have empowered smallholder farmers and local stakeholders by promoting sustainable livelihoods, collaboration, and shared economic growth.

My leadership philosophy is built on listening, embracing diverse perspectives, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. These principles now guide my aspiration to serve as a member of the Delta State House of Assembly, where I am committed to championing policies that expand opportunities for women, youth, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities.

Across business, technology, agriculture, and public service, I have consistently used leadership as a tool for inclusion, empowerment, and lasting impact. Receiving the Inclusive Leadership Award from Veblen Director would be an honour that recognizes not only my achievements but also my unwavering commitments.
