Leah Stockley
Winner Operational Excellence Leader Award
Leah Stockley has spent over 25 years inside global banks, consultancies, fintechs and startups, including leading large-scale transformations at Barclays and Standard Chartered, where she led teams of over 700 people across business and technology. Her focus throughout has been the same: understanding why capable people, working hard, lose their way between strategy and execution.
That question led her to study Organisational Psychology at Master's level. Her conclusion, tested repeatedly across industries, was that the problem is rarely the people. It's the system around them: how priorities get set, how value flows across teams, how progress gets measured and surfaced before it's too late to act.
That insight became the ACT! Leadership System, now the foundation of her work as founder of Let's Flow, validated across multiple organisations where she designs and facilitates leadership alignment across markets and business lines.
Leah now advises boards, founders and leadership teams on identifying where operational value is created or lost, and building the working agreements, measures and rhythms that let organisations move with real clarity and pace. Her first book, Momentum, publishing in October 2026 with Amplify Publishing Group, distils this into practical, field-tested guidance for leaders under pressure to deliver.
Based in Singapore, she works with founder-led companies and established organisations across the UK and Asia.
