I'm a strategic and operational leader with over 10 years of international experience across energy, mobility, and digital sectors. Throughout my career, I've operated at the intersection of execution and transformation—guiding large-scale portfolios, post-merger integrations, and cross-regional programs across Europe, the US, and Asia.

I currently serve as a manager within a global technology and infrastructure group and, in parallel, as an external advisor to a leading international investment firm. My experience includes managing multi-billion euro portfolios and full P&L responsibility exceeding €200 million.

Alongside my executive work, I'm developing a narrative-based approach to leadership, shaped by years of working in high-stakes environments and by the conviction that transformation begins within. I'm also finalizing a forthcoming book that explores how leaders can navigate complexity when structures fall short and clarity is no longer given.

I believe that leadership today is about more than navigating systems—it's about embodying coherence when the map ends. In the moments where models fall silent, it's presence, clarity and trust that unlock direction.
