Leadership today requires a deeper kind of readiness—one that goes beyond expertise and embraces the complexity of change, ambiguity, and human dynamics.

I’ve worked across continents, industries, and transformations—holding both operational and strategic roles in energy, mobility, and infrastructure. I’ve led multi-billion euro portfolios, overseen P&Ls above €200 million, and supported post-merger transitions in high-pressure contexts.

Today, I contribute from two vantage points: as a manager within a global technology and infrastructure group, and as an external advisor to an international investment firm. This dual perspective sharpens my ability to see patterns, connect strategy with execution, and support decision-making when clarity is scarce.

Alongside my executive path, I’m finalizing a book that explores how leadership emerges when frameworks fall short—when presence, not process, becomes the defining element. In that space, value is not only delivered but generated, through coherence, integrity, and deep listening.

The future of leadership will depend on those who can stay grounded when things move fast, who can hold complexity without rushing to simplify it. That’s the practice I’ve built, the contribution I offer, and the standard I hold myself to every day.
