I believe everyone should have a chance to succeed in business and in life, no matter where you come from, your background, or upbringing. In my keynote speeches and in my advisory, I believe inclusive leadership is crucial in the ever-changing world that we're living in, especially when it comes to the future of work, AI, multi-generational teams, and cross-cultural teams. Having lived and worked across 14 countries, startups and big corporate, I have seen that it is incredibly important to have a diverse mix of perspectives. And that, having that difference, can be really powerful to succeed in business.
