Silvana Zoto is an experienced leader with over 27 years of experience across finance, banking, and microfinance. In her previous role as Group Head of Internal Audit at Eleving Consumer Finance, she created and led six audit teams across Europe and Africa, bringing together people from different cultures, backgrounds, and professional environments.

Beyond her executive role, Silvana is passionate about mentoring, coaching, and helping people grow. She believes that great leadership is not only about achieving results, but also about creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential.

Through her leadership, she focuses on sharing knowledge, developing future leaders, building high-performing teams, and encouraging continuous learning. Her experience as a former university lecturer and as a Board Member of IIA Albania has further strengthened her commitment to developing people and the profession.

Silvana is known for her collaborative and people-centered approach. She strives to inspire others to build confidence, discover their strengths, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.
