1. Introduction

1.1. The competition is organized by Veblen Directors Programme (referred to as “the Organizer”).

1.2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

2.2. Employees, agents, and affiliates of the Organizer, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

2.3. The competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

3.1. The competition opens on 25 June 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026 (“Entry Period”).

3.2. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter, participants must:

      • Submit an answer (in 200 words or less) to the question: “Why should you win the Veblen Directors Membership?”

4.2. Entries are limited to one per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

5.1. Grand Prize

One winner will receive a 36-month fully funded Veblen Directors Membership valued at $9650.

5.2. Runners-Up Prizes

15 runners-up will receive a $1,000 discount voucher redeemable against the Veblen Directors Premium Membership (valued at $9650).

Redemption must be completed prior to 31 July 2026 and is limited to 15 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis, for candidates that meet the Veblen qualifying criteria.

5.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

6. Selection of Winners

6.1. All entries will be reviewed, and winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, relevance, and clarity.

6.2. The decision of the judges is final and not subject to appeal.

6.3. Winners will be notified by email on or before 2 July 2026.

7. Winner Obligations

7.1. Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 24 hours of being notified. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

7.2. Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity efforts, including but not limited to the use of their name and photo on the Organizer’s platforms.

8. Data Protection

8.1. By entering the competition, you agree to the Organizer processing your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8.2. Personal data will be used for the administration of this competition and for marketing purposes. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for technical failures, lost entries, or other unforeseen issues beyond its control.

9.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any tax implications related to the receipt of the prizes.

10. General

10.1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.

10.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

10.3. By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted by the Organizer with competition updates and results.
