The company has a strong leadership team and an engaged board. We are now looking to complement the board with blue-chip sector expertise from within a larger buy & build set-up.
The ideal candidate is likely someone who has been involved (as CEO or founder) with growing an ICT services provider from 50 million euros to 200+ million euros. The candidate will most likely have gained sector expertise outside of Belgium in a more advanced market for ICT services.
The main objective is for the new board member to add expertise based on concrete prior experience on the many strategic questions facing a fast growing MSP; and to avoid management making strategic and organizational mistakes.
