Over the past 35 years, my career has evolved from finance and audit to leading regional business transformation across Asia Pacific, and now to serving as an executive coach and board advisor. Through these experiences, I have learned that the leaders who create the greatest impact are not defined by strategy or profit, but by clarity of character — knowing who they are and what they stand for. This belief guides every coaching conversation I have.

Through SC Coaching Asia, I partner with C suite executives and business owners globally to strengthen leadership capability, organisational transformation, governance, ethics, and high performing teams. I challenge leaders to embrace honest self awareness, because lasting change comes from within, not from quick fixes.

Coaching and mentoring are also my way of giving back. I support business leaders through the Singapore Leaders Network, mentor youth via the NUS Mentoring Uplift Programme, work with ex offenders through the Yellow Ribbon Programme, and serve as a judge for Brands For Good, recognising organisations that create positive social impact.

This nomination represents more than professional milestones. It reflects a lifelong commitment to developing business leaders of character, strengthening organisations, and creating a positive ripple effect through those I serve. Receiving this award would affirm the values that have shaped my journey.
